PROFILE + CLAIM METHODOLOGY

DEFINE THE CLAIM.
NAME THE SOURCE.
STATE THE CONDITIONS.

A company profile is not a certification. Every material field should identify whether it was company-submitted or primary-source documented, when it was checked, and which operating conditions limit the claim.

SOURCE PRIORITY

  1. Primary product documentation
  2. Official company documentation
  3. Regulatory or certification records
  4. Authorized company submission
  5. Reliable secondary sources only when primary material is unavailable

FIELD-LEVEL STATUS

ACCURACY CLAIMS

State environment, movement, configuration, confidence, test method, network conditions, and whether the value is typical or guaranteed.

BATTERY CLAIMS

State update interval, network, temperature, movement, firmware, battery configuration, and signal conditions.

COVERAGE CLAIMS

Do not convert a carrier, satellite, gateway, or regional claim into universal coverage.

COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS

Sponsorship, advertising, consulting, referral, data, and placement relationships must be visible and may not alter factual status labels.

CORRECTIONS REQUIRE SPECIFIC INFORMATION.

Identify the exact field, current display, proposed correction, reliable source, explanation, submitter identity, and relationship to the company. Corrections are reviewed; they are not automatically applied or rejected.
